Brazil, which held a general election on Sunday, October 3, 2010, returned to the polls for a presidential runoff vote on Sunday, October 31, 2010. Ukraine held a presidential election on Sunday, January 17, 2010 and a presidential runoff vote on Sunday, February 7, 2010.
